We look forward to introducing you to dishes from the Indian, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, when our chefs work with the basic Asian flavors, a generous use of spices, fresh vegetables and herbs, and not least alternative umami sources such as pulses and fermented sauces such as hoisin, fish sauce and soy.
TASTE OF THE EAST - Theme in your canteen
In mid-September, spicy scents will fill your canteen when, over two days – the 11th and 12th of September – we celebrate the fantastic flavors from the East with its characteristic flavor combinations and spices. All recipes for the dishes of the theme are made by the late Hanne Holm, who was an expert in the Indian cuisine.
