Harvest Party

On Monday 29 September, we’ll throw you a festive harvest celebration as we transform your lunch into a feast of the late-summer produce of the fields.

We celebrate the harvest being safely gathered with a banquet of late-summer vegetables as well as the first treasures of autumn. Enjoy dishes with celeriac, leeks, pumpkin, cabbages in every variety, forest mushrooms, and the first sweet Danish apples — ingredients that, with their depth, sweetness, and richness, provide a beautiful foundation for the season’s meals.

On this day, your lunch will feature dishes marking the change of season, inspired by the traditional harvest feast: golden tarts, slow-cooked pork, hearty stews and braises, colourful salads with fruit, cabbage, seeds, and roasted mushrooms, along with bread, butter, and baked goods that taste of autumn.
