TURKEY

with stuffing of celery, sage, thyme, and chestnuts, served with fluffy mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry compote.

 

CORNBREAD.

 

BROCCOLI SALAD

with crispy bacon, sunflower seeds, and dried figs.

 

KALE SALAD

with apple and walnuts.

 

TART

with goat cheese and caramelized onions.

 

CROSTINI WITH AIR-DRIED HAM

mushroom mayo, and pickled pumpkin.
