    Whole grains day

    Each year in January, we celebrate whole grains and their healthy and nutritious grains. For us, whole grains are actually a part of lunch every day, all year round: Our slow-fermented bread is baked with whole grains, our salads are often enriched with rye grains, and white rice and pasta are occasionally replaced with their whole-grain alternatives.

    We’ll celebrate whole grain day on January 16th.
