There is nothing quite like spring in Denmark. The days are becoming brighter and warmer, the produce is growing ready from the ground, and everything has a fresh and crispy taste. Produce from nature and the season are often invited into our kitchen. For this month’s experience we would like to invite you to enjoy your lunch under the sky, when we serve a seasonal spring-inspired menu in your canteen. Enjoy.
