We’ll also be celebrating Saint Martin’s Eve and Thanksgiving with special menus inspired by these traditions.

Italian cuisine is known for its for its simple techniques, quality ingredients and deep respect for tradition. We'll take a closer look at the craftsmanship, ingredients and culinary traditions that make Italian food so special. We look forward to taking you on a journey through the Italian cuisine.

On this day, we're bringing some extra Christmas cheer to the canteen and inviting you to our Christmas market, where you can taste and buy delicious festive treats to take home. Look forward to homemade mulled wine, red cabbage, cherry sauce, chocolates and Advent calendars – all to make the festive season a little sweeter.
