We’re kicking off the month by celebrating the Liberation of Denmark with the traditional Danish dish of fried pork belly.

There is nothing quite like spring in Denmark. The days are becoming brighter and warmer, the produce is growing ready from the ground, and everything has a fresh and crispy taste. Produce from nature and the season are often invited into our kitchen.
