On December 10th, we’re setting the table for a truly special Christmas lunch in our canteens.
Here, we bring to life everything we’ve been preparing throughout the autumn – slowly, thoughtfully, and with a deep respect for the craft. Things made to last, set aside with care and intention, and now ready to be shared.
Christmas from the pantry is our way of honouring a food culture where nothing is wasted, and where flavour is allowed to deepen and evolve.
This is food that tastes of the season – and of everything we’ve tended to with patience and intention. A meeting between familiar favourites, vibrant greens and the crisp, spicy and tangy notes of winter.
