Event in October: Halloweeeeen – Spooky but tasty

This Halloween, we’re celebrating the season’s true star — the pumpkin!

 

Join us for a festive event featuring a menu inspired by the cozy flavors of fall. 

Savor slow-cooked duck rillettes with pumpkin purée, or go vegetarian with pumpkin arancini and aged Vesterhavs cheese. Snack on pumpkin blinis topped with air-dried ham, or grab a slice of pumpkin pizza with thyme and garlic crème fraîche. 

Round out your meal with pumpkin hummus or a hearty pumpkin salad with quinoa, feta, and fig vinaigrette.

Slow-cooked duck rillette with pumpkin purée, dried lingonberries, crispy oyster mushrooms, palm kale, walnuts, and sauce à l’orange.

Pumpkin arancini with aged Vesterhavs cheese, silky pumpkin purée, and rocket tossed in parsley oil.

Pumpkin blinis with air-dried ham, ricotta cream, and rosemary.


Pumpkin pizza with sweet corn, thyme, and garlic crème fraîche.
